In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the outreach operations of our organization and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our community.

Windom Area Health is seeking a dynamic Outreach & Operations Manager to lead clinical operation initiatives. This role is instrumental in program building, supporting clinical operations development, and implementing new service lines for sustained growth. Responsibilities include developing outreach programs, optimizing internal operations, leading staff, representing Windom Area Health at events, and building regional clinical partnerships. Additionally, this role is responsible for assuring coordination of visiting clinic schedules and collaborates with Specialty Clinics and other leaders to coordinate staff schedules, supplies and equipment. This position will be primarily Monday–Friday with occasional evening and weekend commitments. Candidates must have a degree in a healthcare or a business -related field (RN preferred) and at least two years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting, with leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are essential. Windom Area Health offers a collaborative work environment, competitive salary, and benefits package.
