Are you a dedicated Occupational Therapist looking to make a difference in the lives of patients? Windom Area Health is seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team.

Location: Windom, MN

Pay Range: $38.85 -$51.79/hr *Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.

Windom Area Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team. This position is responsible for conducting patient evaluations and assessments, developing individualized care plans, and providing patient-centered treatment across a variety of age groups. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality care in a collaborative environment, supporting patients in achieving optimal independence and functional outcomes, and may be expected to provide flexibility to support care needs across departments or affiliated facilities as needed. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program, licensed or license-eligible in the State of Minnesota, and certified through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Orthopedic and sensory integration experience is preferred but not required.

With a commitment to community health, your regional center for care offers a fitness center. We’re here when you need us, the emergency room, laboratory, and imaging services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
