Pay Range: $18.35 - $24.77/hr

Schedule: Full-time, primarily weekday hours with weekends on as needed basis.

Windom Area Health is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Floor Care Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This full-time position involves cleaning and maintaining all floor surfaces, including linoleum, tile, carpet, and area rugs, using mechanical equipment such as buffers, waxing machines, and carpet extractors. Responsibilities include routine equipment maintenance, assessing when flooring requires extra care, and performing light building and grounds maintenance and repairs as assigned. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and some floor cleaning experience is preferred; however, we are willing to provide training if necessary. Maintenance experience is not required but is preferred. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of floor care equipment operation and maintenance, as well as general building and grounds upkeep. This role requires the ability to work unsupervised, apply good judgment, and ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
