Environmental Services Technician

Join Our Team as an Environmental Services Technician

Do you have a passion for maintaining a clean and safe environment? Are you looking to make a difference in the healthcare industry? Windom Area Health is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Technician to join our team in Windom, MN.

Location: Windom, MN

Pay Range: $17.76 - $21.48 *Rate offered will reflect applicable experience.

Schedule: 4 days a week (.8 FTE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing daily cleaning and sanitizing of patient rooms and common areas
  • Ensuring all environmental services meet health and safety regulations
  • Assisting with waste management and recycling efforts
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment and supplies
  • Collaborating with other team members to uphold cleanliness standards

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in environmental services preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

In addition, our new optional hospitalist program ensures a continuity of care between your primary care provider and your physician as an inpatient. With a commitment to community health, your regional center for care offers a fitness center. We’re here when you need us, the emergency room, laboratory, and imaging services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
