Business Development Specialist

Location: Windom, MN

Contracted - Part time

Windom Area Health is seeking a Business Development Specialist for a contracted position lasting six months, with a commitment of up to 24 hours per week. This role will focus on identifying an pursuing growth opportunities developing strategic partnerships, and supporting marketing and outreach efforts. The specialist will work collaboratively with internal teams to strengthen community connections and enhance service line development. This is a Monday through Friday position with some occasional evening hours as needed. Candidates must have at least five years of business development and/or sales experience, a bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or a healthcare-related field (with a mater's degree preferred), and demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and an understanding of the healthcare industry or related fields. Additional qualifications include proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, strong project management skills, and the ability to multi-task and coordinate time-sensitive visits and touch points.
